Mindfulness is at the heart of my life.
I've been studying it and meditating daily for almost 10 years.
In recent years, I’ve trained as an accredited mindfulness teacher, and now have a small side project teaching mindfulness to groups in Ireland, which I plan to build in the coming years.
I’m particularly interested in mindfulness in schools (for both teachers and students) and straight-talking mindfulness in everyday life.
This is very much a return to my roots, as my degree is in Education, and I have never not been involved in either teaching or managing educational activities.
